liver issues - can't take any supps or abx anymore

Hello,
I treated Lyme for about 5 months with Dr. B in Wisconsin, up until September 2015. Was going well and was making progress. Then high liver enzymes hit, and went over 400. I stopped everything.

Since that time I have given my liver long periods of rest to let ALT and AST go down. A few months at a time, but as soon as I try supps to treat it, the enzymes go up and I feel very ill. The amazing thing is I herx from Lyme Plus and could probably treat with that alone, but I can't take anything long enough.

I've hit a wall. Recently tried Chronic tonic and could not take it long, liver issues started.

I've been tested for hepatitis and test was negative. I believe it is more categorically supplements in general, even a multi vitamin is intolerable for me. it is as if I have some kind of toxicity that won't go away. But liver enzymes do come down to normal when I take a break thankfully.

Anyone had this issue? Any testing recommended? I researched a GGT test and LDH for liver, it is a blood test. Not sure if that will show a different "view" of the liver so I can try to assess this.

I'm losing ground for my 5 months of treatment. For now just treading water.

Yes, they did slowly climb before going to 400. And at this moment, they are normal. the problem is when I start a form of treatment they spike. As if my liver is disabled or toxified or something.

It has been more than 6 months since I've been off abx. Milk thistle does not work, it gives me the same reaction that I cannot tolerate, which is the same with vitamins or anything basically, besides food.

Also, wondering if a pulse approach would work better for you...giving your liver days off to rest...and not let the toxins build...

Have you tried ala, or iv glutithione? ...can you get a new one..sorta kidding...hugs..essentric lady from europe recomends this elecro thingy is called the violet ray..i ordered on from amazon was cheep idk if it works but she does entire liver area ..you can look up thread on the other forum...if uou are at the end of tx rope ...consider rife and iv glutithione will clear detox path 2 ...it may be infection in liver but if cleared it will regenerate

Pulse dosing was my first thought. I'm curious if you've tried that. If you are pretty much treating for just Lyme with no co-infections, I bet you could do some kind of M-W-F treatment, giving you more rest days than fighting days.

What is the replication rate of Lyme anyway, like 7 days?

thanks everyone for the recommendations. Yes when I restart I will do pulsing for sure and give periods of rest for my liver.

I have one copy of the MTHFR gene mutation, and completely negative on the one that "starts with a C". I've done a lot of research on my liver SNP's and I believe my COMT is the main one which I have problems with, it eliminates medications. In my case not very well.

I will look into some of these recommendations. And I need to do IV glutathione yes. I need to look into that again. I was researching it at one time.
