Help with CD57 Test

So i lied to a gp and got him to do a CD57 test as my LLMD thinks its not reliable.Unfortunately i never have done this before so nothing to compare but can someone please explain these results to me.

White Cell Count- 5.0 (4.0.11.0)
Lympho-2.4 (1-4.0)

CD3-/CD57+ 9%
CD3-/CD57+ 0.22 x 10^9/L
CD3-/CD57+ 220 /cubic mm

Please help!!

A published absolute range for CD3-Cd57 + Lymphocytes is 30-730 Cells/Cu.mm

It looks like it's saying you have a 220 out of 730 range, but my CD 57 results didn't look like this.

Yes but is 220 a good sign or bad ??If anyone has any experience in the same test

My cd57 test says cd8-cd57+lymphs. Cd3 I believe is T cells not NK cells (cd8). Not positive though. I'm guessing the higher number is better. My score was 40, anything under 60 indicates something, not always lyme though. I have read coinfections can raise the cd57 so it's not always reliable. Hope this helps.
