I have my worst herxes at the 3 week mark. I passed that with one set of herbs and this week is week 3 for the Houttuynia.... and I'm feeling it!! But it's not as bad as it has been in the past or than it could be, so I'm trying my best to count my blessings.
I have discovered I respond very differently to the different detoxing items. I love the Yogi detox tea, but can only use them about
3 or 4 times a week or I have a lot of soft tissue swelling. I can use an Epsom Salt/peroxide foot soak about
every 3rd day, or when I need to reduce the overall soft tissue swelling, but if I do it more often, my joints and muscles have more symptoms.
Maybe if you keep track you can find what will help with certain things as well???
