Getting "all-the-way" well?

I am 62 and have had Lyme for 3 years. My symptoms (fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, etc.) have been milder than described by many chronic Lyme patients, yet I can't get well. I have been on prolonged antibiotics (twice) followed by 9 months of the Cowden protocol. Three times I have been "almost well" but the symptoms always come back. Does anyone get "all-the-way" well like they never had Lyme? Discussions with my LLMD about "managing my symptoms" just depress me and make me angry. Surely there is hope for complete wellness.

I believe there is but it involves finding a way to break up the residual protozoa/lyme hiding inside biofilm. I know Dr Klinghardt addresses how to do that and Buhner may as well

Buhner's isn't terribly expensive, you can order most everything you need online if you don't have a good selection near where you live as well. Here is a link to his site so you can take a look. In our "new to Lyme?" thread, we list some really good sites to order from if you need that kind of help as well.

If you do decide you would like to use Buhner's protocol, I would encourage you to buy his book for whatever infections you need to treat - many people just order the books that cover all the infections. They are easy to read and understand and packed full of information from what I have read. Just for taking a look at the basic protocol and to get an idea of what it's about, you can look at his site. He has updated his protocols in his books though, so you will want to use them -but also check your library! They may have had a copy donated, and don't forget to check through inter-library loans as well.
