My youngster did the redeye flight recently. She was so tired when she dropped by before heading back to college. She and some friends went on a cruise that didn't do the loop back to Florida, so I don't know what country they took off from, but it was a long flight. I was just glad when she was back here.

I was just glad when she sent a text saying they were in Seattle. I don't know if they changed planes anywhere along the way, but either way, it was a very long day for them with 5 or so hours of driving on top of it.

I'm glad you got away to a warm spot. That must've felt good. I hope the cold weather is slowing down for everyone!

MM, I definitely feel better in warm weather, lived in south Florida for 10 yrs after getting infected and boy did things get worse when we moved back north. We are definitely heading back down there, still own a place and have it rented out, but am willing to get rid of the tenant to be where it's warm.

As the weather fluctuates here my symptoms go up and down so I say we all move where it's warm all the time. I just can't understand anymore why people want to live where the weather sucks the life out of you.

Is Mister Mike the one that went to Puebla Mexico for treatment? How do I get in contact with him? does anyone know if it has worked?

Micahsmom it's not the same person. I read the other thread. That was IamMichael. Mister Mike is a Moderator who is usually around but is taking a short break.

I don't, certainly wish I could help. The posts he was referred to on said he was on here in 2008. Many people come on here for a few months and never return. I think your energies are better spent searching the net versus this site for information on a treatment center in Mexico. Sadly there are no quick fixes or perfect cures to this disease.

The post you made regarding help finding an LLMD is in the New to Lyme section. Delete that and repost it to the forum so that it is seen. Hopefully people have names and info on doctors in your area.

Not all ILADS-referred LLMD's are alike and I therefore suggest you read the section about questions to ask a new doctor in the "New to Lyme" thread.

These doctors are not cheap and most don't take insurance. We have to spend our money wisely.
