Well, a full moon is due on Friday so that explains why some of us are having trouble already (so sorry!).
Increased detoxing can help.
And, truly, there are things we can do that don't really take a lot of time. I use over 20 different detoxing methods and doing all of them takes an extra 5-10 minutes out of my day in total.
It's easy to incorporate multiple detox methods. For example, I drink Green Vibrance every day and add Apple Cider Vinegar, MSM and one of my Magnesium doses. 4 detox methods in one!
I always dry skin brush before my daily shower and do a cold rinse afterwards. 2 detox methods there.
There are quite a few detox supplements I take which obviously require virtually no time.
