I'm so sorry Ravenclaw. I understand how frustrating it can be.
I think your idea of getting a good night's sleep and reconsidering things tomorrow is a good idea. Would there be anything wrong with staying with just the clients you have now (or maybe even dropping one or two if needed)? Even if you have to say "just for now".
I'm not where you are in your healing again (for me), but I do get those smaller anxiety attacks when my "plate" suddenly becomes very full for me. There no fun at all. I've found that Avena sativa tincture really helps me stay in better control of my anxiety.
I hope after a good night's sleep, you find this issue not so hard to find a solution for.
Hi Traveler! When I joined the company they told me I could tell them when I had all I could handle. The problem that I'm having is that every time I mention to my two co-workers that my schedule has me exhausted, they have to compare who has the most work. I know that if they find out I asked to have no more new clients, they'll gossip about
how lazy I am non-stop, which is exactly what they did with another woman who had done the same and finally quit earlier this week. None of them actually knew I had Lyme Disease until today when I told one of the other girls. I told her I was thankful that I was eased into the company slowly for that reason and she told me "honeymoon is over."
Thanks for the suggestion! My anxiety gets pretty bad when my routine is thrown off. I currently have one Xanax left, so I'm going to be requesting a prescript
ion for these kinds of "emergencies!"
