Hi everyone,
I would like to stop abxs treatment and switch to Buhners protocol, so far, what I been doing is taking samento on my 3 days off abxs; I started with 1 drop the first 3 days, 2 drops the next 3 days and so on; I'm up to 7 drops now.

Im going to add JK next but not sure how to do it in combination with Samento, should I just add one drop of JK in my Samento cup or should i take them separately? With food or empty stomach?


When should i stop abx completely and go ahead with Buhners 7 days a week? Even if I haven't improved a lot with them I'm terrified to stop and be bedridden again.

And Last question, which herb should i add beside Samento n JK to help with Pinching Stabbing pain??

I tested Igenex positive just for Lyme, did Myco and Bart test in different labs due to my sore soles but all of them came back negative.

What I did when I wanted to go to Buhner's protocol was to get his books. I got mine on Amazon. To start you will want to get the Healing Lyme, Second Edition. That is a good place to start.

This book will have the core protocol in it.

You will find that Buhner uses the botanical names for herbs in his book in order that there is no confusion when ordering an herb. When I was first learning the names of the herbs from his book I used this site to figure out what was the common name - www.anniesremedy.com/chart.php?alpha=a&sort=1

Also his herbs are okay to take with antibiotics. And yes you can just add a drop of JK to your Cat's Claw.

I take about 9 different herbs in my cup now and chug them all at once.

I notice you are only taking your drops 1 time a day. I would work on getting it to 3 times a day BUT very slowly.
