You might want to consider rewording the title to something showing that there's a question for everyone here, like what probiotics do you take - otherwise people might think that they don't know enough to help with a probiotic question.
I am a faithful user of homemade kefir - it's not failed me yet, so I'm sticking to it. Although, I do have to say that when I developed psoriasis, I did have to add in one specific strain (B. Infantis, Brand name "Align") in order to keep the psoriasis under control - but that's something I've only had to do 2 times so far.
