It never helped me heal or improved my response to treatments, but it could just be that I don't use high enough amounts consistently, although I do use quite a bit as I use it in my fake coffee, in my kefir, in my apple cider vinegar, in my detox tea and in my night time tea daily.
I'd say that although some may wish to try it, don't count on it's effectiveness for biofilm breakup until more studies have been done on it.
