UPDATE:
I emailed Mr. Tuttle and asked him what the next steps for his pursuit of investigation were going to be, once the petition reached 35,000 sigs---IT IS VERY CLOSE!!
He provided an update on "Phase 3" of his pursuit.
Here is the intro to his update:
"MAY 14, 2016 — Please see the letter below addressed to New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen. This letter was sent directly to the Centers for Disease Control through Senator Shaheen’s Washington DC office with a cover letter asking for a response to the two critical questions. As of May 14, 2016 there has been no response from the CDC.
A meeting has been scheduled with Senator Shaheen’s staff in the Manchester, NH office on May 29th which will include a number of Lyme patients mentioned in the letter below.
In addition to live patient testimonies, a CD of the signature and comment file from this Change.org petition will be hand delivered to staff members for review. The petition has collected over 580 pages of heart wrenching stories from horribly disabled Lyme patients across the globe (42 countries). This is clearly the 21st Century plague as migratory birds are distributing Lyme infected ticks globally."

If you haven't signed the petition, please do so and forward to those you know who might be interested. Also - if you're interesting in sharing your lyme story as part of the history of this historic pursuit, include it in the comments of his petition. They are being included when he hands over the petition to the NH Senator's office during his meeting at the end of the month.
