I know how you feel. It is sometimes so hard. I count my blessings that I was not worse off than I was.
I would get busy with a project. Nothing strenuous, but something to keep my mind occupied.
Do you have a hobby? Hobbies can really be a great distraction.

Can you take the
detox baths?
I know they've always
helped me mentally.
Probably not too hot,
But warm
and relaxing,

Sorry you're having a rough time, carla. Try to focus on detoxing...and resting your body, be kind and gentle to yourself.
I have had some horrible days, too...but eventually the good days come...so hang in there...

Totally agree with the others' posts - you need to take good care of yourself!
Focus on soothing your nerves and pampering your body. It's not helpful to languish on the internet, looking up diseases and the horror stories of lyme. You have to feed your soul and heal your body by being good to yourself.
This disease tricks our mind into panicking---but there are many ways we can help ourselves. Stressing over it will only make it worse.
Hang in there Carla and take these suggestions to heart!
