Ion Foot Baths

Hello Sean, I have heard of the ion foot baths but don't know a lot about them. This will bump you to the top again though and maybe someone else will respond.

Yes I have used them. They work really well. I bought mine from herbalist just be careful go slow can cause herx. First time released to many toxins to fast had really bad anxiety..

Moon did you do regular footbaths prior to using the ionic one? If so can you describe the differences? I'm still trying to determine if it's worth the buy. Also can you tell me what brand you use?

I used the ionic foot bath. I got mine from herbalist. I don't know what brand I paid $400.00 she used a different plate she called it the shark it was made from some guy in Canada it was very strong. I know it pulled a lot of toxins out because I would get anxiety.. Then all of a sudden the water wasn't getting all yucky anymore I fell like it didnt work as well. I kept taking it back to herbalist and they told me it was working fine. I still have it but don't really use it anymore because I just don't feel as if it's working properly. But they do work. I have a sauna now and I do coffee enamas and epsom salts , hydrogen peroxide ginger baths. I might have to give it another try...

I found some massage therapy places that will do it for $40-50. I might give that a shot before investing in an $400 machine.

There are cheap ion foot baths for about $100 but I'm think they are probably junk?
