You will need to cover Bart and/or Babs with Buhner then.
I've notice that people often assume other co-infections. I'm positive for Borrelia, Myco, Ehrlichia but not Bart or Babs (Igenex).
So do I and all people with lyme assume they just have all co-infections and treat them all? Do I treat for RMSF, anaplasma, and Chlamydia Pneumonia too?
A real question, not being sarcastic.
Should we treat the possibility of having something or the things we know we have. Because then where does it end?Well, Dr. J and I think Dr. H as well do assume you have the three B's and don't waste any time.
Look at me - lyme and bart only...then no further improvement...I'm now treating Babesia to see what that does. I would have rather done it a year ago.
With antibiotics, the Myco, anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichia are taken care of when treating the three B's generally.
I'm not sure of the CpN though.
Well, you can continue to just treat one infection...but at some point you might want to treat the others'.
If you're not fully well after a year on lyme treatment alone...then I'd certainly look into the other two B's.
FYI - my Bart and Babs treatment includes lyme treatment...so really nothing to lose starting the other B's treatment sooner. Rifampin can be hard on the liver...so some people don't want to take it unless they know for sure they have bartonella. BUT, untreated Bart can also be hard on the our body - including the heart.
I choose to treat all three.Ok so what I'll start doing is stay on abx, incorporate Bart and bab herbs, many of which cross over.
I'm about
to start flagyl. It says twice a day but doesn't say how far apart.
How far apart have others taken their flagyl?
Also there's a lot of warnings about
alcohol. But herb tinctures have alcohol in them.I take all my antibiotics before breakfast and before dinner. Ideally, I guess would be 12 hours apart.
Mine are more like 9 or 10 hours apart.
