Thanks ya'll for your input! I'm learning every day.
BlueBerryMuffin, nuts are off the menu now. Just have to figure something else for a snack before pills. Hubby will eat the rest of my nut stash, I'm sure.

Denikeef, funny you should ask about
pills. Finished off my Nystatin and Neomycin for c-diff and yeast a couple a days ago. Still on S-Boulardii though. Body is telling me something.
So now I know what a herx feels like. Not going to get so
next time it happens.

Krimpet, the mix is macadamia nuts, pecans and cashews. Don't eat peanuts because of Hashimoto's so I'm safe there.

Girlie, my life is very regimented. Between having to take pills at specific times of the day (Hashi and adrenal insufficiency) along with specific food to eat or not to eat, (diabetes, hashi and gut issues) guess you could call me the most boring person in the world. LOL
For something to happen differently all the sudden was unnerving. I'm living and learning.
Body has calmed down except for the skin tingling. It feels the same as when I do skin brushing. Maybe I'm detoxing as I type?

Jenny, thanks for another reason not to eat peanuts. Did you know that soy is GM too? If I ingest soy, it's 24 hours of feeling like doodo. Soy is in so many processed food items and I have to be careful.

The moral of this story is I have to figure out another 4pm snack. Going into creative overdrive.
