I'm so sorry JSlag - I can feel your frustration and it's certainly warranted.
I firmly believe that we all have the capacity to heal and we need to listen to our bodies as they tell us what they need. Easier said than done.
After dealing with these infections for two years now, I can tell you that it seemed I could never do enough for detoxing when I started something new. My symptoms could get worse and/or I'd develop a new symptom.
Over the months of treatment, I continued to add to my detoxing protocol.....and it's only recently that I haven't had the need to do as many things but I sure do feel better when I'm regularly detoxing.
Perfect example is my 2016 New Year's Resolution to drink Green Vibrance every day vs my previous sporadic.
Not to be corny but I feel more vibrant when I'm drinking Green Vibrance on a daily basis....and I discovered this when I had to get a replacement shipment of the stuff and didn't have it for a few days.
There are supplements you can take that help your body detox and a binder is a really good thing to incorporate....especially when herxing.
Some people actually schedule multiple binder doses throughout the day to help with herxing. (Binders need to be taken 2-3 hours away from EVERYthing since they absorb not only toxins but EVERYthing else....this means binders also need to be taken with a LOT of water to prevent constipation)
Here's a link to a thread from a few months ago wherein many members shared what they're doing for detoxing:
www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3602759I think you would benefit from the slow but continual increase in the number of things you do for detoxing....you need to keep ahead of the killing.
Best of luck to you moving forward!
