I am new to the lyme diagnosis. I was looking for a list of all natural protocol's already put together. It would make it so much easier to research them instead of than having to search for them and miss a good one.

Here is me..........38yrs old, 15 Doctors, 5+ years of illness, literally 100’s of tests, 35+ rounds of antibiotics and a small life savings worth of money. It took all of that and a holistic Dr. to finally get some answers…. double confirmed Chronic Lyme Disease, along with 4 co-infections so far, Lupus and 1 permanent problem.
I go on Friday to discuss treatment. I have been under all natural bowel treatment for 2 months but now that we have the Lyme confirmation, we can more forward with more agressive stuff.

Welcome to our community!! I'm so glad you found us.

If you haven't ​yet​, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more. You will also find a list of the most often used natural protocols in the above link.

Why of course!! And be sure to ask a TON of questions about each protocol! You can find members here that have used most, if not all, of those protocols here by using the search function that's on the same blue bar of the log on/off button is found - just on the right hand side of it. Just be sure to put the word Lyme in front of any other search words to keep your searches mostly contained within the Lyme forum.

And don't forget, you can ask a lot of questions here too!! :-)

This will give you information on Cowden's protocol. Unlike Buhner the herbs are already chosen and a calendar of when you take what and how much is provided. It was previously mentioned that there a variety of protocols followed by many on this forum....so please ask questions.

Thanks so much everyone! We had discussed that it might be Lyme but seeing the Igenex and CDC + test results just blew me away. I just kept sitting there crying saying, I'm not really crazy, I'm not really crazy. I still think I am in shock but I guess it is good that I am already in with a LLMD. (hope that was right) haha I will learn them all I am sure.
Thanks again, I go in on Tues. for him to tell me what he thinks my "treatment plan" should be. I already know I do not want antibotics. After 35+ in 4 years, I don't want anywhere near them.

Be sure to take notes!! There should be a LOT of information shared at that first meeting. We have a great list of questions in the "New to Lyme?" thread that you should check out too.
