Hi Dgriff!
Welcome to our community! I'm so glad you found us.
Your Igenex test shows that you have reacted on two Lyme specific bands -23- 25, 83 & 93 (can't happen unless you have the bacteria in your body!), and one band that may be indicative of a European strain of Lyme - band 58.
IND means indeterminate - not negative, but not quite strong enough to be "fully positive". But it means that you reacted on those bands and should be considered, especially when they are Lyme specific bands.
A "Lyme specific band" means specific for Borrelia Burgdorferi, sensu stricto - Lyme disease in the strictest sense. There are only
two on the over 300 known strains of Lyme that is considered Bb, ss. Borrelia burgdorferi and Borrelia mayonii. Nothing else will turn a Lyme specific band positive other than Lyme disease - - even though there are over 100 different strains of Borrelia in the US that cause human illness.
If you haven't yet, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more. And this is another good list of possible detoxing routines:

Yes! People heal with Buhners protocol, as well as other herbal protocols. None of this will be easy though, as you have chronic Lyme. It also sounds like you had or still have a yeast/fungal issue - there are many symptoms that cross over between Lyme and yeast/fungal issues, but your reaction to even some fruit could easily mean problems with yeast/fungal issues. But it could be leaky gut as well, since you now react to so many things that were in your diet.
You may also need to incorporate more of his supportive herbs in order to control your symptoms, as well as detoxing.
You can contact one of the herbalists listed on his site (
buhnerhealinglyme.com/resources/herbalists/) to see if you can get an appt or at least on a cancellation list in case someone cancels their appt to get some help.
As we get to know you and your story a bit more, we'll be able to offer more suggestions. Hang in there!! This is a marathon, not a sprint!
