We use a modified version of Wahl's/PerfectHealthDiet (which allows cooked and cooled white rice and white potatoes as carbohydrate). We don't eat our greens raw, but wilt them a bit. Lots of vegetables (Brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, garlic, homemade sauerkraut, liver, pastured eggs, pastured butter, coconut oil, olive oil, wild fish, lamb. At least 1 apple per day, beets and greens for breakfast.
