Has anyone tried this and does it cause you to herx? I've been feeling extremely weird for 7 hours now. We'll I always feel weird but its worse. I'm lightheaded ,shaky, and feel like im going to pass out. Is this a herx and can pinella cause a herx?

I've not used it, but it's to help detox.

Have you raised your dose or started anything else recently? Do you do any other detoxing?

PandJ's mommy, I have used Pinella for detox. I have not had a herx from it myself and have not heard of anyone having one. We do have a full moon right now, which probably sounds wierd but many people have a worsening of symptoms (including myself) when there is a full moon.

Did you take it for the first time today? And how much did you take?

I used it yesterday but used more today. Maybe it's the full moon plus it rained. My legs still feel shaky and I'm just sitting here.

I wonder if you should stop taking it until the moon phase passes and try again and see if you get the same reaction.

Rain always affects me too. Especially in my legs. It makes my joints hurt and my leg weaker. Maybe its a combination of all of it. Like artermix said...Nothing makes sense with Lyme!

While Pinella is a detox tincture, it does have some "anti-bug" actions according to Nutramedix. See the bottom of this .pdf:

Some people do herx when introducing new detox methods.

Low and slow is the way to go.

My wife herxed very badly on 1-2 drops. She had to quite taking it, at least for now.

We have several in our Lyme support group in St. Louis on the Cowden protocol. No one has had issues on the Pinella. We did have one herx badly on another detox product they have called Parsley.

I don't have a problem with this product, but I started really low and slow. I would stop using it for now. Once you feel better just start with a couple of drops and then gradually increase. Good luck!

Hi guys. I'm always weak and shaky buy it just seemed intensified . There was a lot of rain here lately and I think that also made me feel worse. Yesterday, I felt terrible and it rained off and on all day. I always feel terrible in the morning when first waking up
I wonder if the lyme is causing me to have low blood sugar?

I know that adrenals can affect blood sugar. My doctor #2 that I just recently started seeing, is very adamant about how the adrenals are adversely affected by illness. Often if they aren't supported getting well is much harder or sometimes impossible.

Lyme can definitely cause or make low blood sugar worse.
