I have not yet used one on achy muscle/fascia restrictions. Looks to be easier to use with someones help.

They seem to be marketing this in two parallel directions:

1) Pain relief

2) and body sculpting/appearance

Weird, I didnt know fascia condition had any visual appearance give-a-ways at all.

I think cellulite is the facia condition they are talking about that can be seen.

A tennis/golf ball and the floor or wall help my muscle knots.

Yes, they say cellulite is just body fat poking through openings in the fascia mesh. The opening are from the fascis net being to tight. Dont know if this is proven. Youd have to scrape apart a dead body to see it.

I like this for breaking sub surface adhessions, which I have. More poky things to do this with.

Knots and adhessions are different, but are related.
