So I have my apt with lyme doctor Monday. I'm almost positive I have lyme, if you look at my past threads. So I've been doing two tablespoons a day of Apple cider vinegar (Braggs). Since I've started I've notice an intense increase in anxiety and crappy symptoms like sweating, fatigues, aching. Is this a herx? or is ACV just bad for one with lyme?

No it's not bad for one with Lyme. You could also be reacting to Candida. And yes, you could be herxing. Perhaps starting over with 1 tbsp a day divided during the day and see how you feel.

I tried ACV months ago for joint pain (before anyone knew wth was going on with me); didn't see much improvement with the joint pain but I may not have been taking enough.
Just recently started taking it again to help with gallbladder pain and it has been such a help! 1/4 cup with a little organic apple juice and the pain is gone immediately!
Just wish it tasted better. Why can't ice cream be good for Lyme? lol

I started taking two table spoons of ACV per day, but this was after I finished the antibiotics. It helped a little with digestion, not much else. I still take it when I have digestive issues.

Haha pmm73 ice cream and reeces peanut butter cups! I tried taking apple cider vinegar the other day and that stuff gets me, I plugged my nose for a minute after, could still taste it and almost puked. I hate it. But I agree it is good for you.

I've been adding organic apple juice and drinking the mixture with a straw....that way it won't ruin my teeth enamel AND I can hold my nose!! :)

Is a Kombucha and ACV too much in one day or just better to spread them throughout the day?

I like to combine my ACV with olive oil and create a salad dressing. Just an idea for the people who can't stand taking it :).
