buhners latest bart and myco protocol?

Hello everyone,
I hope you are having a great day.
I am struggling really badly. I am suicidal from the unrelenting severe pain and insomnia.
My boyfriend is taking me to see Dr. J in Washington.
But I wont get in for another month and I am desperate for any relief, right now
I believe i have bartonella, from the severe muscle pain and spasms (seizure like) and head/sinus pressure.
does anyone have Buhner's latest bart and myco protocol?
I would really appreciate it. I need to do something or i wont make it.

Unfortunately you should probably just order the book. Especially for the myco protocol because it is EXTENSIVE compared to his others. I can post some of the basics for you if you want to get started while you wait though. If you'd like any of the dose conversions for different forms just ask. It's just a lot to type it all so i'll list the powdered dose. In any case i would not recommend starting at the full dose of anything

Mycoplasma:
cordyceps - 1tsp powder 3x daily.
chinese skullcap - 1 tsp powder 3x daily
isatis - 1/2 tsp 3x daily
houttuynia - 1/4 tsp 3x
sida acuta - 30 drops tincture 3x daily
NAC - 2000mg once in morning and before bed
Vitamin E -200iu daily
Olive oil - 1 ounce in morning and 1 before bed
Immune formulation - tincture of schisandra, eleuthero, rhodiola 1/2 tsp 3x daily
Then like a million nutrient replacements based on symptoms

Bartonella
Japanese Knotweed - 1/4-1/2 tsp 3x daily
EGCG with quercetin - 800mg and 1200mg respectively once daily
L-arginine - 500-1000mg 3x daily
cordyceps - 1 tbl 3x
Sida acuta - 30-60drops 3-4x daily (jesus...)
Red root - 1/4-1/2 tsp 3x
Milk thistle - standardized extract 1200mg daily
Hawthorn - 1/4-1/2 tsp tincture 3x
Rhodiola/Ashwagandha - equal parts tincture 1/2 tsp 3x
Isatis/houttuynia/alchornea - tincture 1/2 tsp 3x
Pomegranate juice - throughout day
Vitamin E - 200 IU daily

But without knowing exactly what your situation is it's really hard to say what's necessary. And some of those doses are VERY high. Just the basic protocol he lists. I would really suggest the book though. Particularly for these infections

thank you so much. I only have access to tinctures. do yo know what the approx conversion would be from powder to drops? Also, two of them are combinations. Can I find those combinations or do i make them (rhodiola/ashwaganda and Isatis/houttuynia/alchornea)?
Did you do this protocol - and got better?

I have the CSA - crypto/sida/alchornea tincture from woodlands essence. should i take that for bart?
I also have houtt from Cowden?
And I have A-Bart. I seem to herx badly on it. I got up to 6 - 8 drops but was so sick i had to stop.

Nah his recommendation is to make the combinations. I think it's kind of odd to list it that way, but don't shoot the messenger. Anyways, i honestly would ignore the dose advice as anything other than your absolute upper limit. I have not specifically tried these protocols. I have mycoplasma but not sure about bart. That said, taking 2 DROPS of sida acuta alone the past week has produced one of the most miserable experiences of my life. So yeah... slow and steady.

Tinctures:
Mycoplasma
Cordyceps - 1/4 tsp
Skullcap - 1/4 tsp
Isatis - same as above, i meant to write tincture as theres no powdered dose
Houttuynia - same as above, excuse my brain farts

Bartonella
Knotweed - apparently this was listed as a tincture as stated above. I swear i was paying attention lol

I have been so sick i thought i wouldnt make it and i didnt think it could come from "just" 6 drops of A-Bart and 4 drops of Houttuynia! but i think it did. I am going to start over at really low doses.

How about CSA for Bart?
I need to get on a program and my LLMD has told me he no longer knows what to do. He just wants to send me to the ER :(

Haven't tried byron white but my opinion with lyme/co is that everyone responds differently to different things and for that reason needs a protocol tailored to their needs. While i would certainly consider exploring byron white down the road, to me buhner has been the most flexible. The one that helps me understand the protocol the best so that I can better make my own decisions about what to try next as well as be confident in my decisions. Confidence is a form of energetic medicine in and of itself. If you know what you're doing and why you have more hope in the treatment and i truly believe that's important to healing.

And yeah if you're feeling bad because of failed past attempts, welcome to the club. I was actually pretty well off before treating. Not ideal which is why i opted to treat. But geeze, if you don't follow through the program the relapse can be miserable.

I haven't used Byron white, but I am venturing into the protocols of Dr. Jernigan from the Hansa Center. Some folks have healed using very few herbs. He has an excellent website that really lays out each herb and its uses.

I would not recommend CSA until you've done each herb separately to see your response to each. And you seem to be very sensitive so I think individual herbs until you get a handle on what's good for you and how much.

I've been doing recommended herbs by Buhner since late May but just really got to good dosages as of early July. I am now really concentrating on EBV and some other viruses.

Psil I just ordered Microbojen. I have been taking Takuna as part of Cowden....but I have to tell you that I only take about 10 drops a day. It's crazy strong, but I don't know if it's doing anything at that dosage. There wasn't a lot written on the Takuna but I figured I'd take a chance.

Personally I had more of an effect with Monolaurin. Bummed that I can't take that anymore.

Why not? Monolaurin is highly interesting to me based on in vitro studies and that you noticed an effect is good news

Yes but I seem to be allergic. Shortness of breath, throat tightening, etc. Once I stopped that went away. I did allergy and food testing a year or so ago and most of the things that came back mid-high reactivity I can eat now, but the "coconut" sensitivity seems to still be hanging on.
