Did anyone develop a rash at all from any of the herbs? We have a member of our support group who has developed one on her first day. She has just taken Parsley, Burbur and Pinella for detoxing.

I am not a Cowden user, but I have used herbs for quite a few years now. It could be that just starting 3 herbs at once was enough to produce the rash, depending on what the rash looks like.

If it's an allergic reaction, or if it simply because they started 3 at one time, they need to stop all herbs until things calm down, detoxing the whole time, then restart the herbs, one at a time and at LOW doses so they can determine what the cause might be.

Well lyme can cause a rash at any ole time it wants to. And a physical reaction (or allergy) can be caused by anything, including detoxing herbs.

If it were me, I would stop all those herbs and like Traveler said, introduce them one at a time, going very low and slow.

Just because it is a detoxing herb does not mean it is super safe and you can't be allergic. Darryl Hall was allergic to celery, for goodness sake! Who gets allergic to celery???

I digress, sorry. Also, I would have her drink lots of water to flush out the toxins as much as she can.

Could be an allergic reaction. Huddie had issues with burbur and her doctor did testing (if not ART, similar to it) and found that it was not for her.

I am on day 28 of CP, but not up to all 30 drops of Samento/Banderol yet. I get what look like little red pin pricks on my arm, like a rash but not raised bumps. I think it is from not detoxing enough, especially when I increase a drop. I agree it's all about detoxing, which I need to get better at.

She is doing better today and will just take it slower. Thanks again for all of the replies.
