Hello and hugs to all fellow lymies.Just a quick note to vent (sorry). In such bad shape today(as most). This morning my husband drove me in to the Dean Tick Borne Ctr in Charlestown, mass.Almost a 2 hr. ride of which when finally reaching my destination, were parking 10 min. before my appointment and got a call saying the dr. had to leave and had to reschedule. This is the second time they have cancelled ,only the last time I wasn't 2 minutes away.It has been almost 2 yrs in waiting to see a dr here.I can not believe (oh,but I do) they still don't take this disease seriously!!! Would they call ti cancel a chemo treatment?I doubt it.Well, getting ready for my 2 hr drive home now......

Hi Lymenotok,
Wow, that is frustrating. do you have an Igenex test? if you know your positive, try to get a local doc to get on Doxy ? Also, look into the Buhner herbal protocol.
I started on Buhner while I could find a doc and it helped, and it's forward progress. that would be my recommendation. what are your biggest symptoms?

Oh nooooooo!!!! Wow, talk about
frustrating!! I'm so very sorry.
I too would ask if you would be interested in starting Buhner's or another herbal protocol while you wait - and don't forget you can start detoxing right away as well!!

I realize you are on the road right now, but when you are up to it and have the time, can you explain what "My gastro system is flat" means? Is it not working? Are you having specific issues?
I'm so sorry about
the endometriosis!!! That's miserable.
I don't know if you have seen this before, but it's a great article by Virginia Sherr on Bell's palsy of the gut:

I'm so sorry, I have had those same issues, but fortunately (I think) mine was short lived. I say I think because it was replaced by intestinal cramping - but at least those muscles are working, right?
I would encourage you to read that article I posted above when you have the chance - it will make a lot of sense to you!
