Lol! I know what you mean. I paid $500 to get in to see the only M.D. in my area that I can get to that used natural meds for treating thyroid and adrenal issues!!
While I do agree that it's important to move and get some exercise, it must be kept at tolerable levels, as it can cause set backs by trying to do too much too early in recovery. It's called exercise intolerance, and is very real for many conditions actually, not just Lyme and co.
If a person exercises more than they are used to doing, they can experience either a herx (from the extra oxygen or from just moving muscles more and in turn releasing more toxins) or a set back due to "tiring" their body too much (stress on the body).
I'm not saying to stop, just trying to help you understand.
