Aspartame

I didn't notice that folks with Lyme are not supposed to have this.

I have been drinking Crystal Light for ages almost every night. I wonder if possibly this has caused flare ups I wouldn't normally have.

I stick to Stevia and don't use processed sugar either.


I also notice after I eat a meal, I seem to get muscle spasms more frequently then prior, could be just a coincidence.

Hmmm, yeah, I'd let aspartame and any derivative of it go. There is nothing but bad news there.

it is GMO product bad very bad....for other reasons.

A lots of product are in the market in the US that are outlawed in the rest of the world.
Simple matter....money speaks. When money speaks the market is de-regulated or partially regulated to suit the interest (profit making) of the profiteers at the expense of the public.
This is does not exclude anyone as it crosses all political parties.

It is up to you, the consumer, to inform yourself with whatever you have available and evaluate whether you should (or not) use a product based on literature, scientific (often tampered as well) or even pseudo-scientific. This is not easy task because it requires minimal critical thinking and common sense, two qualities that have been suppressed in our society due to continue brain washing.
