Tired is one thing, but lethargy is way worse and might be hard to imagine if one has not experienced it.
If this is realy bad, (eyes rooling, head snapping ect, not joking here) might think about which foods are triggering this, and the possibility of candida or leaky gut.
I realize, its easier to say this if you've had all of the above. Once its fixed, (if present) then you look back and its quite obvious. I think D-limonene help in this area- its a liver, gall blader, pancreas support. But unknown about long term effects. I was also borne with some liver issues (never drank hard, if I do it could be deadly).
Many non-lymies obviously have these things going on too, but they dont know about it.
I am low energy all day, but the lethargy after meals, seems to have diminished. The approaching holiday season can be challenging.
Low thyroid creates lethargy. If one is on the edge, food might make this more noticable ?
