Lyme without joint pain?

Does anyone have any experience of a tick-borne disease which does not involve joint pain? And does involve neurological disorders?

my lyme is joint pain free. I can still run, do squats lift....Unfortunately I have no energy at all.
All my symptoms are mostly neurological but with fatigue being the main one and then dizziness (now less and less with Buhner protocol), headaches, tremors like feelings, and MS type of symptoms.

yes, thank you, it isn't me, it's my brother and he tested positive for RMSF and only partially for others...he has no rash that he remembers and no joint pain...classic ALS symptoms and was bitten by ticks many times...

i really appreciate you who have shared so please keep them coming if anyone else has experienced symptoms without joint pain and rash

thanks, he was not treated at all and the first bite was probably five years ago? If i can find someone who has had a bacterial infection who has not had joint pain I may be able to encourage him to receive, and stick with, treatment otherwise he will die soon. His present symptoms follow classic bulbar (or pseudobulbar, not sure why they call it that) ALS which is not actually a disease but description of a symptom...

I urge you to find a LLMD and schedule an appt for your brother. There is usually a wait - sometimes a few months..or longer.

Then work on convincing your brother to go.

RMSF is a tick borne illness...and it's likely he has other coinfections.
Does he not want to treat the RMSF? (Since he did test positive?)

Ask him what does he have to lose? There is no good treatment for ALS.

yes ,100%.only neurological involvement main dizziness.also heavy lung and discomfort start newly.i think parasites form gut entering in chest.main drug that work for me is iver and alina.and for lyme cifiximine.please suggest other antiparasitic drug that also work.because i think lyme is easily treatable after all parasites removal.please suggest other antiparasits drug.

DS has had a swollen knee but without much pain, painful toe and finger joints and tics-twitches/neuro stuff among other things, so a bit of it all. He has not had the terrible pain, especially the bone pain, that many talk about here. I hesitate to say that because of all the crazy symptoms that can still appear!

abhi - I posted in another thread as well about your treatment - you seem to be focussing on treating parasites...maybe you should try a full protocol for lyme and/or bartonella.

I see you're using a cephalosporin - is that the only 'non-anti-parasitic' pharma you've used...or have you tried others - like a macrolide or tetracycline...?

No Joint pain here...other than stiff neck at times.
Huge neuro symptoms.

woman at the doctors office said that she was bitten 4 years ago, undertreated and just a few months ago presented like ALS patient with right half of her body not working. NO joint pain for her. She was treating babeisia with IV Zithromax and artemesinin.
