I agree about it being stress. Stress can be devastating to a healthy body, so to an already compromised body, it "hits" even harder.
Do all that you can to alleviate the stress, a walk might be helpful, but be sure to remember your body is struggling right now, so don't over do it. Short walks would likely be best, if you do them.
