Interesting feedback. I didn't know B12 was this complicated. I thought it was pretty straight forward, you get a good b12 supplement, you take it, and it helps. But I guess not.
I got a whole panel of nutrient level done earlier this year. I was low in vitamin D. LLMD provided vitamin D supps. Use them. Got checked again and Vit D levels rose back to optimal levels. I don't remember seeing B12 on that test, however I can reach out to my LLMD and ask.
Perhaps I just answered my own question. I should stop by my LLMDs office and get vit B12 from her.
