I also was on Mepron Zith combo for a long time, frequently mixed with other ABX as well. My LLMD thought I had a mepron resistant strain of Babs. We double the Mepron dose for a while, my insurance covered the extra bottle per month.
Next we took a break and tried a couple rounds of Coartem. Then started to add Crypolepsis, and tried Sida Acuta, then switched over to Woodland Essence CSA blend. Then added Alinia. After all that with little change stuck at 60% we took another run at Bart with Rif, mino, and Plaquenil and that helped get over the plateau.
The Cowden condensed protocol is well documented, but pricey in my opinion.
