I don't know about your symptom so much, what what I have noticed, and it's been going on a long time as the Lyme has been in my, that I stiffen various muscles until I'm rigid. And it's very tiring.
While I'm driving, or pushing a grocery cart, for instance. I will find my hands and harms rigid an pushing down. My arms and shoulders will be as stiff as rigor mortis and feel like they weigh a 100 lbs.
Sometimes I feel my body stiffen in a chair, feet pressing down into the floor, body parts pressing into whatever they are touching.
When I notice it, and half to force myself to relax, but it never takes long and I'm all rigid again.
This is not all of the time, generally, but will go on for days at a stretch. Other times, which would be natural for me, I am so relaxed that I can sit without moving for long lengths of time.
Is this familiar to you? I haven't thought to research the symptom(s), or equate it to my infections.
Maybe someone else can shed light for you.
