hornet599, first of all, have you done coinfections tests ? it is not healthy to treat someone for months with loads of abx without any tests. except for the lyme test have you done any other ?
bartonella is best treated with levofloxacin and rifampin, two antibiotics, and yes in a few months you should feel much better, it is easier to treat than lyme. but again, things are treated based on symptoms but also some blood tests, head pressure can mean babesia, too. Babesia is not treated with antibiotics, at least not the ones used for lyme, you need malarone, plaquenil, artemisinin, stuff that is used to treat malaria, babesia is a protozoan piroplasm, meaning it is not even a bacteria, it's a microscopic animal parasite living in the blood of mammals. Just like malaria...
your treatment scheme looks insufficient to say the least. Rocephin and then doxy-azythromycin ? You will not get better only with these 3 antibiotics, nobody here with chronic lyme has, you are not special or out of luck... Do you have an LLMD ? This is a very complicated disease, you either turn yourself into a living database of lyme treatments, which for us took years, or you find a good LLMD and follow his advice.

As for buhners: it would be great to start with, but since I am in Europe, I cannot have access to those herbs.
I am from Europe too, where in Europe are you located ? Europe has great lyme specialists in Augsburg Germany, there are at least 2 lyme clinics that are world renown for tests and for treatment. People come from Australia to Europe to get diagnosed and treated, so it's not a death sentence that you are living here
It is not true that you cannot have access to these treatments if you are based in europe.
These guys from Poland ship to Europe almost every possible lyme herb including all of Buhner's
/lymeherbs.eu/I havent personally used them, i just know they started a few yrs ago and they keep adding herbs.
For bartonella i personally used iHerb + etsy which both deliver to europe:
Houttuynia
eu.iherb.com/NutraMedix-Houttuynia-Microbial-Defense-1-fl-oz-30-ml/47438Red root
eu.iherb.com/Eclectic-Institute-Red-Root-2-fl-oz-60-ml/5333Hawthorn
eu.iherb.com/Eclectic-Institute-Hawthorn-2-fl-oz-60-ml/2895Rhodiola
eu.iherb.com/Nature-s-Answer-Rhodiola-Rhodiola-Rosea-100-mg-1-fl-oz-30-ml/8011CSA (CRYPTOLEPIS, Alchornea, Sida Acuta)
/www.etsy.com/listing/223832177/cryptolepis-alchornea-sida-acuta-extract this also treats Babesia
These cover almost all Buhner's bartonella protocol herbs from his coinfection book and you can get them all in Europe. i used them all, at the same time .... Just using one antimicrobial herb like Houttuynia is not going to get you better in most cases. In that list above the antimicrobial bartonella herbs are Houttuynia, Sida Acuta, Alchornea, so 3 herbs just for killing and his original protocol also includes Isatis (that is pretty hard to find in Europe indeed), so 4 herbs just for antimicrobial part, the rest are support.
But in your case you do not have sufficient tests to start treating stuff, you should find an LLMD and do coinfections tests, lyme tests. I for ex i have positive IFA test for Bart Quintana plus microscopy done, so i was 100% sure i have it, so before embarking in treatment you should get a skilled European LLMD and get more info about
your situation.
