Oh gosh July that is so horrible.
My costrochronditis was in the middle of my chest. Right between the girls. It hurt to breathe.
I think yours sounds like a lyme symptom. My collarbone was so involve in lyme. My neck, shoulders and clavicle.
Have you had an injury to your collarbone before? I ask because a lot of times lyme goes back to old injuries and raises havoc.
Collarbone can hurt like the devil. I hope the percocet takes hold and gets you some relief.
You have enough owies and you do not need this one at this time of year!!!
I hadn't thought about
that for decades, and when I started to answer, I realized the timing was exact for when I first got infected! I was jumping my daughter's pony bareback over something really low to the ground but he popped up high enough I flipped over his short head, landed on the ground on my back in front of him, and he planted a hoof right in the center of my chest, but stopped, so I didn't get his full weight on me, but it still left a pony hoof sized bruise on my upper breast bone. I don't recall it being bad enough to go get exrayed or not. That was heading in to a pretty sick time for me.
I think we may have hit on something!
By the way, I've been relaxing and It isn't hurting when I breathe in anymore.
