Started Lyme Protocol but the dreams...

I started the Buhner Protocol, low dosage, but last three nights having so many dreams that it is disturbing my sleep, because I keep waking up! Hopefully this dreaming will diminish.

Are you taking Resveratrol Riverbel? It's part of Buhner's if I remember well.

I had the same thing happening with Resveratrol, very vivid dreams, all night long. Not scary, just very vivid.
It didn't last long though, just 2 weeks or so.

I hope it'll be the case for you too!

I am LOVING these vivid dreams! I wake up babbling to my disabled husband, making no sense but telling a wonderful Disney story where I am going from topic to topic - as fast as I can to NOT LOSE...the memories of the dreams.

I am agoraphobic and it is like traveling for me - without leaving the house. In one dream my husband was young Norman Bates and we were splitting our time between tending to "Mother" and enjoying a Jimi Hendrix concert. So weird.

I was given low dose Naltrexone which is made from a form of reservatrol and told that nightmares and blocked memories can come up.

So yes guess it does that. I have not tried the LDN yet.

Love the Hendrix/Norman Bates dream. Laughed at that one. Keep dreamin...
