So I have been noticing strong sinus issues recently. Also breathing issues. Last night I got really bad pain in my middle back which lasted hours but it felt like something was being ripped out of it then I would have to urinate. As well with head inflammation and swelling sensations. With the ear itching and throat itching I'm trying to figure out what is causing what. These 2 I believe are 90% of my problem. Does this sound about
right that both can cause the same symptoms. I've also had recent tightness and cramping in my calf area which I never had before and from my understanding that would be Bart.

From my understanding, it could be Bart or Lyme. Lyme hits the muscles a little more than Bart, I believe.
The pain in the middle of your back *could* be from your liver. Do be sure to follow up on this. You may need more targeted detoxing for your liver - or it could be your kidneys, but that's typically a pain in the lower back.
I have been doing a lot of sneezing and coughing lately due to sinus stuff too. For me it's the heaters being on all day and all night long. It's too drying and hubby doesn't believe that a humidifier helps any, so we don't have one.
Do be sure that you are doing enough detoxing. The head pressure is typically from ammonia, which is produced as the bacteria die off.

Thanks Traveler. I'm sure Bart is The main issue. I have my binders available.

I surely wouldn't argue - you're the one living in your body, not me! LOL!!
But do be sure to at least talk to your LLMD about
the back pain, as I said, it could be from your liver, or kidneys, although less likely it's the kidneys because of the
location you mentioned.

As ive detoxed more and more these last few months the bart symptoms have really flared up. I'm ready to hit it hard.
