Happy New Year everybody!
At the start of my lyme journey I had no issues with sleep, I slept like a baby almost every night beside the odd jolt of anxiety.
Now I seem to be having a lot of trouble STAYING asleep, feeling refreshed etc. I fall asleep at night okay, but I wake up frequently throughout the night after each dream it would seem! Even if it is just a few minutes, in the morning I am so tired. Is this a sign of adrenal fatigue? Anyone have any tips?
I tried tart cherry juice, melatonin, ashwaghanda. I take Epsom baths and do yoga before bed, I don't look at cell phones or anything so I think I have the sleep hygiene thing down to a tee. This is getting so annoying I miss my sleep.
