If so, have you had any luck getting them to reimburse you for the Igenex tests? What about
paying for antibiotics? Does it make a difference if the antibiotics are prescribed my a non-network provider (i.e. an LLMD)?

We have United Healthcare. They would not re-imburse me for Igenix but did take it off the deductible. I haven't been prescribed any med by my LLMD as of yet so don't know about
that but I would think they would. Hopefully someone else will be along for that.
