What can target both yeast and parasites.

I have been noticing some nasty things coming out of me when I use the toilet. I can tell when it's yeast. When it's not I assume parasites. This has started more in the last couple weeks as I have added good antimicrobial foods and nuts and will keep adding more. I'm starting to think these 2 problems may be giving me the most hell. What is the best and safest treatment that can target both?

A good question. You will find the answer to that is a matter of opinion.
Garlic targets both, and so does oregano oil, and wormwood. But parasites if you have them are pretty tenacious and dont go without a fight and candida in my experience comes back as soon as you slack off on the treatment.
My personal recommendation is to buy a parasite remedy from iHerb, the Dr Hulda Clarke formula is very effective - Black walnut Hull, Wormwood and cloves. It gets all three stages of the parasite life cycle, clove kills the eggs, wormwood the young worms and the Black Walnut Hull kills the Adult stage. There are other formulas but in my experience the more herbs they have the more stomach issues I will have. So it worked best for me to keep to the simple formula. Many people get parasites because their digestive system has weakened and the stomach acid is low. So digestive enzymes,apple cider vinegar, bile salts and betaine HCL will help you there. Unless you build up the stomach acid you will get them again. Normal stomach acid kills parasites and you dont get infected in the first place. So be careful about what you eat, no shellfish, no undercooked meats, make sure the water you drink is clean and your vegetables washed and peeled.
There are herbal remedies for candida - I take caprylic acid and pau d'arco along with plenty of probiotics.
I can only talk about herbal remedies, others will come in with more information and you can make up your own mind. Its best to do some research and accept that its also a matter of what helps you the most and allow for some experimentation. You are making a good start by being so observant.

30 day Humaworm works fairly well for flushing out parasites some people swear by it.

Olive Leaf Extract is like napalm it'll kill just about any pathogen

Anything in the '-azole' family will do a number on fungus and some parasites

Also the anthelmintic class of drugs as bluelyme has mentioned a few above

Good suggestions. I am going to be adding back some apple cider vinegar in the next day or so as well. I'm going to talk to my doc because I also have mad nasal congestion and drip which I'm sure is fungal and I want to blast both. I was thinking fluconazole may help.

I'm in the same boat and my LLMD just prescribed oral fluconazole + a ketoconazole nasal spray.
After one month she wants me to switch from fungal meds to anti-parasitic. Ivermectin, albendazole, pyrantal pamoate, Alinia.

Hey guys I have another important question. I was researching pictures of what i saw come out of me yesterday and also could be gallstones. They looked like dark rocks to me in the toilet but I thought it was parasite eggs as they can look the same. What testing can verify this? For awhile now I have had slight pain in right upper abdominal area so it makes sense.

You could probably take it to your doctor and they'd send it somewhere to be tested.
If you tell them you think it's a gallstone they'll take you seriously.
If you go in telling them it's a parasite egg they'll laugh at you.

Anyone ever done a three day Enema flush? I did years ago at a facility. It works quite well, but that won't get it all. You need the anti parasitic support.

Doctors Data Parasitology is a good test. You can choose from 1-3 days.

I think they will only run a test if you have fever and are dying otherwise they scoff.

I think you would maybe have to use combo Fluconazole and Ivermectin followed by Mebendazole or Albendazole. You would have to get the antihelmintics from an online pharmacy or animal feed store.

I did the first two and am now using Febendazole until I get the Mebendazole order.
