Take your binders at least 2 hours after everything else you've ingested, and 2 hours before ingesting anything. Good idea on the de-tox, but if you aren't already doing any de-tox, start with one method at a time, do a foot soak instead of a full bath soak your first time. Add a new method every few days, as you can actually herx from de-toxing too much, as it brings the toxins out into your blood stream but your liver, etc., cannot process it out of your body fast enough and it just recirculates in you.
You CAN take the doxy with food if you end up with severe stomach issues, but be aware that it will diminish the effectiveness of the abx by about
15% over what it would do taken away from eating food.
Oh, and very importantly, don't forget to take your probiotics at least 2 hours AFTER the doxy, to replace what the doxy kills in your gut. So there is another substance you need to distance the binder away from. If you take your last doxy dose around supper time, than the probiotic 2 hours later, by 9 or 10 p.m. you can take the binder.
