Interesting article on Panax Ginseng and NAD

I was looking up Panax Ginseng because it's in two supplements that I feel better when I take it (Standard Process Herbavital and Withania Complex). I came across this article. It also mentions NAD for Lyme. My functional medicine doctor recommended taking NAD at my last visit. I forgot about it! Gonna order some. Anyone taking it? Any results?

Herbvital has: JK, Milk Thistle, Panax Ginseng, Grape Seed and Ginko
Withania Complex has: Skullcap (Lateriflora), Licorice, Ashwaganda or Panax Ginseng

We've had several conversations on here about NAD, but I don't recall anything about Panax Ginseng.


Well, wait....it looks like we had ONE conversation about NAD on here....all of the others appear to be a misspelling of "AND", lol.

My first time at healing, my doc had me on Panax Ginseng for a while. I know that my brain healed, as I had zero working memory (no long or short term memory function) and most of both of them came back.

Just rereading the Buhner protocol on Babesia and he mentions Panax Ginseng! Plus the Grape seed! I think those supplements have been helpful.
