Hello everyone! I see members I know and lots of new members and just want to let you know never lose hope!
It's been 11 years since I'm healed from chronic lyme and ehrlichia though this last year I had some serious stressors thrown at me but thank goodness I didn't relapse! I've been really, really busy or I would have taken some time to look at this forum.
If I had to give any advice it would be to listen to your body and follow your instincts. Your body is smarter than you think. If your current protocol is making you sicker (or you are not getting well) then it's time to look into other protocols as I don't believe the healing journey should make you feel more sick, hey, you are sick enough, why add to it?
I also don't believe in trying to kill all the lyme spirochetes, everyone has borrelia but they don't have lyme disease. But that's a long explanation by itself.
I always tell people to try to educate themselves so they can make the best decisions for their own health so buy some books, watch free video's online, read blogs from doctors you respect, in other words learn to become your own advocate.
May 2017 be a wonderful year for all!
Denise
