Lumbrokinase dosage?

Anyone know the recommended dosage of lumbrokinase for the reduction of biofilms? I'm taking nutricology lumbrokinsase 1 pill in the morning in between means (300,000 IU / 20 mg) and 1 pill in the evening between meals for a total of 600,000 IU / 40 mg per day.

I also would like to know the correct dosage of lumbrokinase when taking antibiotics. Thank you.

usual dosage is 1 capsule 1-3 times per day, always on an empty stomach

I went to read New To Lyme?.......Start here!, I just bookmarked it and I'll go on reading it this week-end. I appreciate the work gathering so much invaluable information on Lyme disease.
OK, I took note on the generally practiced dosage of lumbrokinase.
I have a LLMD (kind of...). I'm from France where LLMDs are not allowed to treat chronic Lyme patients, or they can be ruled out.

Thank you so much. I know it's better to be face to face with the MD, but I'd so much like a remote MD (from Skype or email/telephone) that I could pay by Paypal, and from whom I could get the antibiotics. I'm so weak to travel...

I don't know if any LLMD's who will do remote appointments if there hasn't been an in-person consult first.
- If it involves prescribing meds..it would be risky for them.

my llmd had me taking 2 capsules first thing in the morning (empty stomach ) nutricology also. try what you're doing for a few weeks and if it's working keep the same otherwise maybe modify a.bit - see what helps you ,

TrialbyLyme - Thanks. I took note. I'm from the city of Nantes (west coast). I'll bookmark this thread, and get back to this option in case I don't have good results with my current treatment (which is likely rolleyes )

grdner - Yes, actually on Monday I'm back to work, and I'll have to take all my pills in the morning before going to work. That'll be 2 caps Lumbro + 5g NAC (5 more g of NAC in the evening) + 200mg Doxy. I started my treatment yesterday morning with 1 cap Lumbro in the morning + 1 in the evening, but so far, no herx. Going slowly cool
