It is crazy all the things that have Soy! Every other label I read it's there even in some of the supplements I've been told to use.
What an eye opener reading and really understand labels has been.
I'm finding gluten pretty easy to replace, there are lots of great recipes and I found one for the very best ever in the world Banana blueberry nut muffins that I pretty much lived on for the first two months lol.
They are gluten, dairy and no sugar added.
Having to avoid all soy now, I sooo agree! I can't even have soy lecithin, so that knocks out some herbal teas too!!! And, as you said, I've found quite a few supplements I can't use either, due to the soy in them. I need phosphatidylcholine, but the stuff you can buy is made from soy, so I have to rely on eggs to get what I need - stuff like that.
Are you avoiding soy because you too are allergic, or just because you feel you should lower the amount you get?
