Episodes of right side numbness, pins/needles

My sister has been diagnosed wtih lyme, bartonella, and babesia. These were diagnosed wtih a series of blood tests, none being Igenex. The bartonella diagnose was "it sounds like bartonella".

She has a lot of trouble walking, muscles, numerous joint operations (9 to date), swelling in legs, and other things. Within the last few weeks she started having total numbness and pins and needles on her entire right side of her body. It started off one every few days, then when it got to three in one day, she went to the hospital only to be told before any tests were run that it was diabetes related. After bloodwork, they sent her on her way. She is not up to 10 episodes a day and they are lasting longer each time.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Is there anyway she can join our forum? While we mostly share similar symptoms, our individual circumstances to addressing the symptoms vary considerably from person to person.

I hope that she keeps up with her disability claim. She really needs the insurance as well as the income.
Tell her to keep fighting! It took me 9 years and 3 hearings to get mine approved. And that was on symptoms alone, not Lyme.

Could she afford herbals? Could she try to raise the fund somehow (GoFundMe, etc.)?
