Yes exactly π
I have that. It usually hits me standing at the sink washing dishes or while I'm fixing a meal. I tried a rubber comfort mat where I stand and that didn't help. I pull a bar height stool over and sit on that when I'm working in the kitchen and that burning back pain starts. I mean, it's bad enough my oxycodone doesn't touch it. Sitting on the stool relieves it enough I can finish what I'm doing without going into a complete crash, because within maybe 5 minutes of that getting unbearable, the tremors, tears and total ns breakdown occurs.
I attributed it to muscle strain compensating for my osteoporosis, which is all a result of these darn tick diseases. Not sure which.
What we need is for astroman to come on this thread and teach us how to do a myofascial (sp)tension release.
