Hi Liamb, so very sorry you are not feeling well... I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure what you are going through but I when I started a low-carb diet (common sense Atkins diet) years ago, I experienced the "Atkins Flu" or "Ketosis Flu" which is perfectly normal when you stop eating lots of carbs. For about
24 hours I was shaky, had anxiety, and then it passed.
I suggest you drink lots of water and try to get some electrolytes like sodium, magnesium and potassium into your system.
You can google Ketosis Flu and find many articles about
this. Below is an article with some good advice:
/thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/do-you-have-the-ketosis-flu/Also going off your meds can possibly cause withdrawal feelings so between lowering your carbs and going off your meds your body is going through major changes. I don't know about
your adrenals but that's another possibility. How is your thyroid?
This will pass! Hang in there and keep posting okay?
