One tbsp peanut butter is 16 grams of fat.
Can you eat 2 1/2 Tbsp?
There's 16g of fat in 2tbsp of peanut butter.
So you'd have to eat 5 tablespoons to get adequate fat.
Milk and nuts have some decent fat as well.
My thing (not the healthiest) was doing them with fatty meats like pepperoni, salami, etc.
I really like pepperettes, each one has 9g of fat.
Again, not super healthy, but I definitely got my fat
OOPS! Yes, you're right...it's 16 g in 2 Tbsp....
