Why can't we find a solution to this problem. Like @Lostcoast said I have been trying to figure this out too. Every day I wake up feeling terrible. I don't have much ache and pain issues. Mostly for me it's extreme fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and depression. And everyday I feel much better by late afternoon or evening.
This sums up what I mentioned in the first post. It could be babesia as I get instany pain relief from dihydroartemisinin. However this is also a powerful anti inflammatory. So it could be fighting babesia or it could just be lowering inflammation. I have felt relief taking this the night before and how I felt the next day.
It would be great if someone had a solution.
I use to have this same issue in the early days of lyme. Nero symptoms worse after waking up and then eventually fading around 12-2pm, like clock work.
My strong hypothesis is, it is "clock work". The human immune system is actually most active while sleeping. After you wake up you are experiencing the herx from that stronger immune activity while you slept. And then fading after 4-6 hours of your body detoxing and the immune system settling down a bit.
Once again, my scientific hypothesis not scientific theory.
